Your personal data may be transferred to the persons listed below, solely for the purposes and objectives enumerated in this Public Disclosure Text, providing that the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law are complied with, and all of the required security measures are taken thereinfor:  Processed data of Member Customer/Guest Customer and information on person in whose name the purchased product will be delivered are shared with the cargo courier firm, and such data and information may also be accessed by the call centre if required. Information on person in whose name an invoice will be issued is also shared with the cargo courier firm for delivery of invoice to that person.  Mobile phone and/or e-mail address of Member Customer/Guest Customer may be shared with commercial electronic message tool service provider for the purpose of promotion and advertisement activities and offering of benefits and opportunities to customers in line with their shopping preferences, choices and habits in reliance upon commercial electronic message consent.  Preferences of use of web site applications and surfing past and records may be shared with our local / foreign business partners providing cookie services to us, for the sake of segmentation and for establishment of communication with Member Customer/ Guest Customer in  tandem with his/her choices and preferences.  Your personal data may be shared by our Company with local/foreign public/private entities or organizations, suppliers or other third party natural persons or legal entities offering services / supports / consultancy to or making cooperation with our Company.  Your personal data may be shared with our Company’s affiliates, advisors, shareholders or solution partners and other group companies.  Your personal data may be shared with our service providers who process personal data in the name of our Company and who provide support services to our Company in storage, archiving, information technologies supports (server, hosting, software, cloud computing, etc.) fields in Turkey and/or abroad.    RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT WHOSE PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED Please note that you, as personal data subject, have the following rights pursuant to and under Article 11 of the Law:  To learn whether your personal data are processed or not; and  If your personal data are processed, to request information thereabout; and  To learn the purpose of processing of your personal data, and whether the processed personal data are used for the intended purposes or not; and  To learn the identity of third parties to whom your personal data are transferred in Turkey or abroad; and  If your personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request completion or correction of them; and  To request deletion or destruction of your personal data; and  If your personal data are completed or corrected, deleted or destroyed as cited above, to request the notification of such acts to third parties to whom your personal data are transferred; and  To raise an objection against consequences in your disfavour through analysis of the processed personal data solely by means of automatic systems; and  If you suffer damages due to illegal processing of your personal data, to claim indemnification of your damages and losses.
